abstract An active-water producing apparatus (100) is provided. Water flows into an outer cylinder (10) through a water inlet (12) of a lid (11) provided on a bottom side. Then, the water is spouted from water inlet holes of a bottom (32) of a flow container and forms a circulating water flow. Thereby, rare-earth ceramic balls are moved in all directions while being turned in an interior space of the flow container (30). The balls are uniformly moved. The circulating water become in contact with the balls efficiently and spouted from a water outlet (16) of a lid (15) provided at a top side. <IMAGE>
