abstract |
A catalyst for olefin polymerization, which is obtainednby contacting (A) a compound of a transition metal of Groupsn4 to 6 of the Periodic Table, (B) an organoaluminiumoxy compound,nand optionally (C) a carrier with each other, and for whichnthey are exposed to elastic waves at least in any step ofncontacting them with each other. Preferably, the elasticnwaves are ultrasonic waves falling between 1 and 1000 kHz.nProvided are high-activity metallocene catalysts for olefinnpolymerization. As having high polymerization activity, theynare favorable to vapor-phase or slurry polymerization fornproducing olefinic polymers. |
