abstract |
The enzyme endo-xyloglucan transferase is provided, togethernwith a gene coding for the enzyme, antisense DNA of the gene andnantisense RNA of the gene. The gene may be cloned and the enzymenmay be produced using the gene. The expression of the enzyme in anliving organism may be controlled and the morphology of a plant maynbe regulated. The enzyme may be used to transfer xyloglucannmolecules. |
