titleOfInvention | Method for marking liquids with at least two marker substances and method for detecting them |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for marking liquids with at least two marker substances, characterised in that said marker substances are absorbent in the spectral range of 600 to 1200 nm and emit fluorescence radiation as a result, and in that the absorption range of at least one marker substance overlaps the absorption range of at least one other marker substance. The invention also relates to a method for detecting marker substances in liquids which have been marked according to the inventive method. This method is characterised in that the sources of radiation used emit radiation in the absorption ranges of the marker substances so that the fluorescence radiation emitted by said marker substances can then be detected, at least one of said radiation sources emitting radiation in the absorption range in which the at least one marker substance overlaps with the at least one other marker substance, and in that the number of sources of radiation used is smaller than or the same as the number of marker substances. The invention also relates to liquids which have been marked according to the inventive method. |
