abstract |
The coating structure having a corrosion resistance of theninvention contains a formation film formed on the surface of annaluminum alloy material. The formation film is subjected to anzirconium phosphate treatment. Because the zirconium phosphatenreacts with an oxide film on the surface of the aluminum alloynto form a zirconium boehmite layer and to increase the adhesionnof the coating material, a corrosion resisting structure isnobtained without need of a sealing treatment while restrainingnthe increase of the product cost. Also, a primer layer is formednon the outer surface of the formation film and the primer layernis composed of phosphomolybdic acid. |
