abstract |
The present invention is to prevent the rapid viscositynrise generated at the time of dissolving or dispersing in ansolvent a polymer obtained by reacting a material polymer havingnan acidic functional group and a hydroxyl group in the principalnchain part with an isocyanate compound, in particular, anphoto-curing polymer obtained by reaction with a radicalnpolymerizable group-containing isocyanate compound. A highlynstable polymer can be obtained by reacting a material polymernhaving a principal chain including at least a component unitnhaving an acidic functional group and a component unit havingna hydroxyl group with an isocyanate compound, and furthernreacting the same with an alcohol. Moreover, by producing anmaterial polymer using a non-nitrile azo-based or peroxide-basednpolymerization initiator and/or introducing annisocyanate compound using a polymerization inhibitor selectednfrom the compounds represented by the above-mentioned formulaen(10) and (16), the transparency can be improved. A photo-curingnpolymer obtained in the present invention is suited for formingna protection film of a color filter and a column-like spacernof a liquid crystal panel. |
