titleOfInvention | Element assisting in the restoration of a flexor tendon, in particular a finger tendon |
abstract | The invention concerns elements assisting in the restoration of a flexor tendon, in particular of a hand (3) finger (2), by autologous tendon graft or the like. Said element is characterised in that it essentially comprises a first rod portion (4) whereof one first end (5) is capable of being linked to a distal part (6) of the finger (2), said first rod portion (4) being capable of passing through guide element orifices (7) distributed along the finger and made of a flexible material with good sliding coefficient, and having a transverse section (8) defined in a plane substantially perpendicular to its longitudinal axis (9) whereof the value increases substantially continuously between a minimal value, at its first end (5), and maximal value, at its second end (10). |
