titleOfInvention | Pressure-sensitive device for blocking electrically actuated closing devices |
abstract | The device consists of a flexible hollow rubber profile (1), in the interior of which two parts or elements (2) are molded in the longitudinal direction, which are also made of rubber but are conductive, in which two conductors (3) are embedded and optionally openings ( 4) for inserting and connecting the poles (5) of a connector (6) are provided in order to establish the electrical connection to the outside. At the end opposite the connector (6), the profile (1) carries a rubber block (7) molded onto this end with low conductivity and consequently high resistance, in order to enable the functionality to be checked at any time. The attached to the guide of an automatically operated closing element profile (1) determines the pressure which is exerted by the fact that between the movable closing element and the profile attached in its receptacle, the hand or head of a person is located and blocks the function of the movable locking device. |
