Method of treatment of a woman to modify her fertilityncomprising administering anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and/ornan AMH agonist and/or an AMH antagonist. Said treatment maynbe used to inhibit recruitment of primordial follicles intonthe pool of growing follicles. Contraception, prolongation ofnthe duration of fertility and postponement of the menopausenmay result therefrom. Said treatment may also be directed tonpromote recruitment of primordial follicles into the pool ofngrowing follicles. Improved fertility may result therefrom. |
