titleOfInvention Tilidine mesylate, processes for its preparation and pharmaceutical composition thereof
abstract Tilidine Mesylate has high stability, an improved taste and a suitable pH range in aqueous solution in comparison to known Tilidine salts. It may be presented in liquid or solid formulations, particularly with a retard profile. The novel salt is prepared by reacting Tilidine Base with Mesylic Acid in a solvent such as Ethyl Acetate, MIBK or Acetone at a reaction temperature of from 0 to 40 DEG C.
