abstract |
The invention relates to analysis of the interactions between substances or materials and surfaces or boundary surfaces made up of amphiphilic molecules, whereby distribution coefficients and/or binding constants are determined. To achieve this, the invention uses a support material which is covered with amphiphilic molecules in a so-called liquid phase in such a way that the lateral diffusion of the amphiphilic molecules remains unimpeded. The invention also relates to a kit which is used for the above analyses and to a method for analyzing said interactions in terms of column chromatography, especially high pressure liquid chromatography. |
