The magnetic layer has a centerline average roughnessnRa of 3 to 7 nm. The ferromagnetic powder is a ferromagneticnmetal powder. The residual magnetic flux density Brnof the magnetic layer is between 1000 x 10 -4 and 5000 x 10 -4 T.
