A laminate comprising a sliding member contacting layer composed of anresin composition and a substrate layer composed of a thermoplastic olefin elastomern(A), said laminate being obtainable by co-extruding:n said resin composition which is the product of melt kneading 100 parts bynweight of a thermoplastic olefin elastomer (A), 10 to 250 parts by weight of an ultra-high-molecularnweight polyolefin (B) (except a powder thereof having a particlendiameter of 1 to 100 µm) having an intrinsic viscosity (η), as measured in a decalinnsolvent at 135°C, of 1 to 40 dl/g, and 1 to 300 parts by weight of an inorganic ornorganic filler powder (C) having a particle diameter of 1 to 100 µm and optionalnadditional components in a twin-screw extruder, and said thermoplastic olefin elastomer (A). |
