titleOfInvention PROCESS FOR PRODUCING LATEX OF RUBBER POLYMER BASED ON DIENE
abstract A method of producing a diene-based rubber polymer by an emulsion polymerization which comprises starting the polymerization using a portion of the raw material and continuing the polymerization by adding the residue of the raw material during the polymerization continuously or intermittently, wherein 1/2 or more of the raw material to be used is added by dropping prior to the polymerization, and the water and the monomer to be added by dropping is kept at a temperature lower by 20 °C or more than a temperature for the polymerization. This method allows the production of an industrially useful diene-based rubber polymer latex with high productivity.
