titleOfInvention Exercise device
abstract This invention is an exercise device (19) having two chambers (31, 31a), underlying two elastic membrane portions (21), in a position to closely support above the ground, the left, and right foot respectively of a user. A support structure such as a housing (22) for the first, the second membrane portions (21) permit raising, and lowering, as by shifting body weight, of the left foot, the right foot in a stair stepping action, preferably without raising each foot from contact with the membrane portions (21) to elastically stretch the membrane portions (21) in succession. A fluid underlies the first, the second elastic membrane portions (21), and in the preferred embodiments (19), it acts with the membrane portions (21) to support the body of a user in use.
