titleOfInvention | Modular construction system for masonry with bricks for facades, walls, pillars, lintels and interior vertical or horizontal conduits |
abstract | It consists of having modular elements to conform the foundations which will constitute the devices to be constructed, said elements having a regular prismatic shape and pre-established dimensions, this unitary basic module is made of resistant material and provided, on its upper surface, with a cylindrical stud emerges, and on its lower surface of a cylindrical cavity, both being located coaxially with the imaginary central vertical axis of the module, the diameter of the cavity being a little larger than that of the stud, so that -This can be easily fitted into the corresponding cavity of the module which will be placed above, the height of the stud being smaller than that of the cavity to place the material to be joined. An essential variant will be to provide a basic double module, the length equivalent to that of two unit modules plus the thickness corresponding to the vertical joint or the thickness of the material to be joined between the vertical surfaces juxtaposed with two adjoining modules, this module double being provided with two cylindrical pins, on its upper surface and two cylindrical cavities, on its lower surface, located coaxially, being possible that both the pins and the cavities are hollow. Other variants may have the form of "L", "T", "cross", with their right or different angles, for the construction of seats of apparatuses with right angle corners, obtuse or acute. The modules may have horizontal semi-cylindrical indentations on their upper and lower surfaces, so that when they are placed juxtaposed, they immediately constitute conduits or, as a variant, they will present an indentation with a vertical cylindrical cavity, which then gives vertical pipes. |
