Use of a composition containing a calcium channel inhibitor in order to relax and/or slacken the cutaneous and/or subcutaneo tissue is new. The calcium channel inhibitor may be a phenylalkylamine (such as verapamil or anipamil), a dihydropyridine (such as nifedip or amlodipine), a benzothiazepine (such as diltiazem), a diphenyl piperazine (such as cinnarizine or flunarizine), a calmoduline antagonist (such as phenothiazine), a local anesthetic (such as dibucaine) or a dopamine antagonist (such as pimozide), preferab verapamil. The compositions contain 0.0001-10% of the inhibitor. |
