The present invention relates to a positive electrode activenmaterial, a negative electrode active material and an electrolyte thatnare used alone or in combination to improve charge and discharge cyclencharacteristic, low temperature characteristic and safety of annon-aqueous electrolyic secondary battery, particularly a lithium ionnsecondary battery.
