A synthetic strategy for the creation of large scalenchemical diversity. Solid-phase chemistry, photolabilenprotecting groups, and photolithography are used tonachieve light-directed spatially-addressable parallelnchemical synthesis. Binary masking techniques arenutilised in one embodiment. A reactor system,nphotoremovable protecting groups, and improved datancollection and handling techniques are also disclosed. Antechnique for screening linker molecules is alsonprovided. |
