titleOfInvention Method for communication between a user station and a network, in particular such as internet, and implementing architecture
abstract The invention concerns a communication method between a terminal (1) equipped with a chip card reader (3) and a data communication network (RI), in particular of the Internet type. The terminal (1), the chip card reader (3) and the chip card (2a) comprise communication protocol layers (C1-C4, CC1-CC2, CCa1-CCa2). The invention is characterised in that the chip card (2a) and the terminal (1) comprise each an additional software layer (13, 23a) comprising intelligent agents (132, 232a) so as to branch off all or part of the dataflow through the chip card (2a). In another embodiment, the chip card acts as WEB server and provides the terminal (1) with a HTML page or a programme forming a virtual model. The intelligent agents (132, 232a) enable to set up sessions between the chip card (2a) and the terminal (1). The invention also concerns an architecture for implementing the method in several embodiments.
