titleOfInvention Method for the purification of lactoperoxidase
abstract A method for removing totally or partially the lactoperoxidase from alimentary liquidsnprovides to carry each alimentary liquid at variable pH ranging from 4,0 to 8,0 with 1nMolar citric acid, at room temperature, adding it with an adsorbent, as powder or innbuffer suspension with variable pH ranging from 4,0 to 8,0, consisting of pectin ornpectin-lignin-cellulose macromolecule structures, in the concentration ranging from 100nto 2.000 grams in one hectolitre of mixture liquid, such mixture is stirred briefly, ncentrifuged between 4°C to 10°C for maximum 60 minutes at 10.000 rpm and thencomplex adsorbent-adsorbed is washed repeatedly with phosphate buffer at the pHnranging from 6,0 to 8,5 and containing chloride sodium at the concentration 0,05-0,40M,nto remove sequentially the extraneous substances, desorb the lactoperoxidase, nwith simultaneous recovery of the adsorbent as residue by means of centrifugation andnthe LPO in the centrifuged liquid.
