titleOfInvention Layered films for transparent substrates
abstract The invention concerns layered films for coating transparent substrates, in particular glass substrates, comprising at least one composite oxide metal film obtained by reactive cathodic spraying and containing Zn oxide and Sn oxide. Relatively to the total amount of metal, said composite metal oxide film preferably contains 0.5 to 6.5 wt. % of one or several among the elements Al, Ga, In, B, Y, La, Ge, Si, P, As, Sb, Bi, Ce, Ti, Zr, Nb, and Ta. In a layer of films containing a silver film as functional film, the composite metal oxide film can be used as top and/or bottom low reflecting coating, as diffusion barrier coating, as undercoat for a low reflecting coating and/or as top covering coat.
