An ethylene-aromatic vinyl compound copolymerncharacterized by satisfying the following conditions:n (1) the aromatic vinyl compound content is from 0.5nmol% to 10 mol%; (2) as measured with respect to a molded productnhaving a thickness of 0.2 mm, the haze is at most 14%, ornthe total light transmittance is at least 90%; (3) an ethylene-aromatic vinyl compound copolymerncharacterized in that the relation of the aromatic vinylncompound content and the glass transition point (Tg)nobtained by an inflection point method as observed at antemperature of at least -50°C by a differential scanningncalorimeter (DSC), satisfies the following formula (1):n -20+1.00St>Tg>-30+1.05St nwherein St represents the aromatic vinyl compound contentn(molar fraction %) in the copolymer; and (4) the weight average molecular weight is fromn140,000 to 500,000 when the aromatic vinyl compoundncontent is from 5 mol% to 10 mol%, or from 60,000 ton500,000 when the content is from 0.5 mol% to less than 5nmol%. |
