abstract Provided are a Zn-Mg electroplated metal sheet excellentnin corrosion resistance, formability and productivity, and anfabrication process therefor. The Zn-Mg electroplated metalnsheet comprises a Zn-Mg electroplated layer including Mg and Zn,nthe Zn being a main component, formed on at least one surfacenof a metal substrate material. The Zn-Mg electroplated layernshows more excellent corrosion resistance by including a Cncomponent therein. The Zn-Mg electroplated metal sheet can benfabricated by performing electroplating with an acidic aqueousnsolution including metal salts of Zn and Mg, and in addition,na surface active agent.
