abstract Provided are an electric resistance measuringnapparatus for circuit boards, and an electric resistancenmeasuring method using the same. n An electric resistance measuring apparatusnincludes a one-side inspection circuit board having anplurality of connecting electrodes, and layer connectornmembers provided on the inspection circuit board andnformed of a conductive elastomer. Each of the layernconnector members is brought into simultaneous contactnwith a plurality of connecting electrodes at one sidenthereof to be electrically connected thereto, and at thenother side thereof, brought into simultaneous contactnwith a plurality of electrodes to be inspected to benelectrically connected thereto. In this measurable state,ntwo connecting electrodes are used for current supplynand for voltage measurement, thereby performingnmeasurement of electric resistance on a specifiednelectrode to be inspected. n Another electric resistance measuring apparatusnincludes a connector member provided on the surfacenof the inspection circuit board. The connectornmember is composed of an insulating base, front-sidenterminals, back-side terminals and a short-circuitnmember for electrically connecting the adjacentnfront-side terminals to each other.
