A medical product with a textile component, such as a wound dressing, has a surface (12). The surface (12) has a multiplicity of openings (14, 24, 34) which are arranged in at least two hole patterns. The diameter of an opening (14; 24) from one hole pattern to the diameter of an opening (24; 14 or 34) of another hole pattern differs from each other by approximately at least a factor of 5. By adapting the structural and mechanical properties of the medical product to the properties of the target tissue, better wound care is achieved. |
