titleOfInvention Stabilisation of compositions comprising non-viral nucleic acid transfer compositions
abstract The present invention relates to a method for preparing anstorage-stable and/or transportable cell-delivery nucleicnacid composition comprising preparing an aqueous solutionncomprising said nucleic acid and, optionally, at least onencationic polymer. Further, the invention relates to a methodnfor preparing a storage-stable and/or transportable cell-deliverynnucleic acid composition free of cryopreservativenand/or lyopreservative comprising preparing an aqueousnsolution comprising said nucleic acid and, optionally, atnleast one cationic polymer. In a further aspect, theninvention relates to a method for preparing a cell-deliverynnucleic acid composition comprising preparing an aqueousnsolution comprising said nucleic acid and, optionally, atnleast one cationic polymer and, before use, storing saidnsolution for at least 2 weeks at a temperature between 0 andnapproximately the denaturation temperature of said nucleicnacid in said solution, preferably at a temperature between 0nand approximately 40 °C. In addition, the storable productsnof these methods, as well as the use of the stabilisingncompounds are part of the present invention.
