Composition suitable as food integrator and for the treatment of intestinal disorders and alterations of the bacterial flora |
abstract |
The subject of the present invention is ancomposition suitable as food integrator and for thentreatment of intestinal disorders and alterations ofnthe bacterial flora, characterized in that it containsnas active principle a combination of Bacillus coagulans nand lysine. According to a preferred embodiment of theninvention, the composition is made by first subjectingnthe Bacillus coagulans to a culture in the presence ofnlysine in the germinative phase, and then bringing itnback to the state of spore. n A further subject of the present invention is a methodnfor the growth and development of cultures of Bacillusncoagulans in the presence of lysine, as well as the usenof these bacterial cultures thus produced and developednin the preparation of compositions suitable both asnfood integrators and as pharmaceutical compositions. |
