The present invention provides an anti-reflection film which can exhibit annexcellent anti-reflection effect throughout the range of visible radiation and can benproduced at low cost, which comprises a transparent substrate, a first layer, a secondnlayer and a third layer,n the first layer having a refractive index of 1.70 to 1.80 and an opticalnthickness of 0.21 λ to 0.29 λ, the second layer having a refractive index of not less than 2.20 and an opticalnthickness of 0.41 λ to 0.54 λ, and the third layer having a refractive index of 1.44 to 1.49 and an opticalnthickness of 0.22 λ to 0.27 λ, nwherein the first layer, the second layer and the third layer are laminated on ansurface of the transparent substrate in this order from the transparent substrate sidentoward the air layer side, and λ is equal to 550 nm. |
