Method for eliminating a nitrogenated heterocyclic, or aromatic, compound in an effluent |
abstract |
The invention concerns a method for eliminating a nitrogenated heterocyclic, or aromatic, compound, comprising at least one nitro group, in at least an effluent by converting said at least one nitro group into an amino group with a reducing agent. The reducing agent can be hydrogen in the presence of Pd/C or a micro-organism. The invention also concerns a synthesis method of 5-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-one from 5-nitro-1,2,4-triazole-3-one by said conversion method, enabling synthesis yields higher than 80 %. The invention further concerns a Bacillus licheniformis type strain capable of converting one (several) nitro group(s) of nitrogenated heterocyclic compounds into amino group(s). Said strain was registered with the CNCM (National Collection of Micro-organism Cultures) under no I-1915 kept by the Pasteur Institute. |
