abstract The invention concerns a lighting element for a photographic examination or the like inside corporeal cavities, consisting of a flexible plastic container with translucent walls, filled with a peroxyoxalate solution, emitting chemoluminescent light in the blue wavelength. A violet dye is added thereto. The solution is accompanied by an activating solution provided with catalysts based on halogenated potassium salicylate derivatives.
