abstract |
A water repellent for treating solids provides an durable and robust waternrepellency. The active ingredient in the water repellent is a pendant carbosiloxanendendrimer-functional vinyl-type polymer. A spray-formulated water repellent for treatingnsolids contains 0.5 to 20 weight% of the pendant carbosiloxane dendrimer-functionalnvinyl-type polymer, 30 to 98.5 weight% of an organic solvent, and 1 to 50 weight% of anpropellant gas. |
