abstract O-(perfluoroalkyl)dibenzofuranium salt derivatives represented by the following general formula (1), <CHEM> (wherein Rf in said general formula (1) is a C1-10 perfluoroalkyl group and X<-> is a conjugate base of a Brönsted acid). Intermediates for preparation of the derivatives, a preparation method thereof, perfluoroalkylating agents comprising the said derivatives and the said preparation intermediates, and a perfluoroalkylating method. The present invention can provide O-(perfluoroalkyl)dibenzofuranium salt derivatives as perfluoroalkylating agents which show good yields in the perfluoroalkylation reaction, a wide range of application and comparatively stable properties with repressed self-decomposition, the intermediate for preparation thereof, a preparation method for the intermediates thereof, the perfluoroalkylating agents and a perfluoroalkylation method.
