abstract | Chelating compounds (I) and their complexes with tricarbonyl-technetium-1 or tricarbonyl-rhenium-1 groups of the corresponding radioisotope are new. Chelating compounds of formula (I) and their complexes with tricarbonyl-technetium-1 or tricarbonyl-rhenium-1 groups of the corresponding radioisotope are new. n = 0-2; R1-R9, R13, R14 = H or T; T = optionally cyclic or polycyclic 1-60C alkyl, 2-60C alkenyl, 5-60C polyalkenyl or 2-60C alkynyl; 5-60C polyalkynyl, 5-60C aryl, 5-60C alkylaryl or 5-60C arylalkyl (optionally substituted by OH, oxo, carboxy, aminocarbonyl, alkoxycarbonyl, amino, aldehyde or up to 20C alkoxy, and/or optionally interrupted by and/or optionally substituted by the heteroatoms, O, N, S, P or As); R7 = H, an alkali(ne earth) metal cation or a primary, secondary or tertiary ammonium ion; X = OR7 or NR10R11; R10-R12 = H, T, peptide moiety, protein moiety, optionally modified DNA or RNA oligonucleotide group, or optionally modified Aptamer moiety or PNA moiety; Y = R12S, R13R14P or a monocyclic or polycyclic heteroaromatic group which contains at least one O, S, N and/or P; R13, R14 = T. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) preparation of (I); (b) compounds of formula (IV); Z = a monocyclic or polycyclic heteroaromatic group which contains at least one O, S, N and/or P (c) preparation of (IV); (d) pharmaceutical compositions containing (I) or (IV) in solution or in lyophilized form. |
