Oil-in-water emulsion compositions comprise an oil phase dispersed in an aqueous phase, containing a mixture of at least two nonionic emulsifying agents, the mixture being liquid at ambient temperature and having an HLB of 6-13, and the oil phase containing at least 5 wt.% of one or more waxes, at least one wax being selected from waxes having a melting temperature beginning at or above 50 degrees C. An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of the composition. |
