abstract |
A vascular graft comprises a perforate tubularncompressible frame having a fabric liner disposed over atnleast a portion of the frames lumen. The graft may be used inncombination with a base structure to form a bifurcated graftnin situ. The base structure compresses a compressible framenhaving a fabric liner which defines a pair of divergent legs.nThe base structure is positioned within the aorta so that onenleg enters each iliac. The tubular grafts can then benintroduced into each leg to form the bifurcated structure. Angraft delivery catheter includes a controllably flared sheathnwhich facilitates recapture of a partially deployed graft. |
