abstract A catheter for applying medication in liquid spaces of the human inner ear through at least one cover of the inner ear is disclosed, the catheter being provided at one end with at least one outlet opening for the medicament to be administered and with a fastening element, and another end of the catheter can be connected to a medication dosing system. According to the invention, the catheter is characterized in that the outlet opening can be passed through the cover of the inner ear and that the fastening element is designed such that it is supported directly against the cover.
