abstract |
A secondary combustion device (3) that prevents thenproduction of dioxins during cooling, and an incineratornthat produces no dioxins. A secondary burner (23) is mountednin a secondary combustion chamber (22) provided in a duct (2). Anplate-shaped sintered alumina filter (26) is provided at thenoutlet of the secondary combustion chamber. The aluminanfilter (26) catches flying ashes contained in waste gas andnburn them with secondary combustion heat to considerablynreduce the amount of flying ashes in exhaust gas andnoxidize copper chloride, iron chloride and carbon presentnin flying ashes, thereby preventing the flying ashes fromnacting as a catalyst for converting dioxin precursorsninto full-fledged dioxins and preventing the productionnof dioxins during cooling of exhaust gas. |
