titleOfInvention Method and device for remote monitoring of body functions
abstract Various measurement parameters (M, M 1 , M 2 ) such as EKG, EEG, EMG, blood pressure or temperatures are recorded in a method and a device for remote monitoring of body functions. The measured parameters are transmitted wirelessly to a central detection point (10). Depending on the location of the measuring arrangement, the suitable transmission type is selected from a plurality of available transmission media. In particular, transmission via GSM networks or via satellite and via local radio networks is used.
