Method for making a propellant and a propellant for use in a vehicle,ncomprising:n a fuel-rich material; an oxidizer material; and a porosity-producing material; nwherein said propellant is a uniform mixture of said fuel-rich material,nsaid oxidizer material and said porosity-producing material and in whichnporosity of said propellant is sufficient to accomodate expansion ofnsaid at least one oxidizer material and in which said propellant uniformnmixture remains functional for use in a vehicle after being subject tontemperature cycling from less than -30°C to more than 80°C. |
