Use of silicone for the manufacturing of confectionerynmoulds and baking receptacles in general. The silicone maynbe a heat-curable elastomer of the type intended fornapplications in contact with foodstuffs, advantageouslynmethyl-vinyl-polysiloxane, and it may be obtained by anprocess of cross-linking with platinum. n The operation of removal of the baked product from thenmould is simplified; further, the moulds can be easilynmade in any desired shapes and handling of the moulds isnimproved. |
