abstract The invention concerns an original live bionematicide composition (NOVI-BIOTEC-7996), with an essentially ovicide activity, efficient against various parasitic nematodes in the soil, in open fields, in orchards and in greenhouses. NOVI-BIOTEC-7996 consists of a compatible bacterial combination with complementary and synergistic ovicide effect on the resistance and preservation stages of these parasites in the soil. This invention also concerns a method for the mass production, formulation and application of NOVI-BIOTEC-7996 in different conditions. NOVI-BIOTEC-7996 is particularly useful for protecting plants and other hosts likely to be infested by various nematodes, while reducing the potential inoculum of soils or treated substrates.
