titleOfInvention POLYLACTIC ACID COMPOSITION AND FILM THEREOF
abstract A polylactic acid resin composition comprising (A) polymeric ingredients consisting of polylactic acid (a1) and an aliphatic polyester (a2) having a melting point of 80 to 250 °C and (B) a plasticizer; and a film thereof, especially an inflation film. The film is biodegradable, is excellent in flexibility and blocking resistance, is highly reduced in plasticizer bleeding, has no anisotropy in tear strength, and is suitable for use as an agricultural mulch film, garbage bag, etc. It is suitable also for use as a bag for food packaging because it neither mildews nor discolors.
