abstract The invention relates to a biogas facility comprising a closed reactor housing (2), a reaction tank (3) arranged inside the reactor housing (2) at a distance to the surface of the inside wall thereof, a feed device (4) for pre-acidified organic material leading to said tank, a discharge device (5) connected thereto for the removal of gassing organic material from the reaction tank (3), a separating wall (9) extending between the outer wall surface (7) of the reaction tank (3) and the inside wall surface (8) of the reactor housing (2), in addition to a heating device which is provided inside the reaction tank (3). The discharge device (5) is configured in such a way that it introduces the gassing organic material from the reaction tank (3) on one side of the separating wall (9) into the intermediate area (6) between the outer wall surface (7) of the reaction tank (3) and the inside wall surface (8) of the reactor housing (2) and an outlet device (10) is provided for digested, organic material inside the reactor housing (2) in the area which borders on the other side of the separating wall (9).
