titleOfInvention | Process for the preparation of salts of ascorbyl-2-phosphoric acid esters |
Process for the preparation of salts of the ascorbyl-2-phosphoric acid esters of the general formula I, in which the variables have the following meaning: M Sodium, potassium, magnesium, aluminum; P k⊕ Valency and m = equivalents, where the product of k · m can be 3 to 5, characterized in that one a) dissolving calcium L-ascorbate-2-phosphate in an aqueous solution of ascorbyl-2-phosphoric acid esters at a pH of 0.5 to 4, b) the calcium ions are removed from the solution obtained, c) the remaining solution with sodium, potassium, magnesium or aluminum salts to a pH of 7 to 11 and d) the salts of the ascorbyl-2-phosphoric acid esters of the general formula I are isolated. |
