In a tobacco flavoring agent containing ascorbic acid,na salt or isomer thereof, a chlorophyll-containing material,nand potassium nitrate, the maximum particle size of thenpotassium nitrate is set to 0.8 mm or less, making itnpossible to obtain a tobacco flavoring agent that lowersnthe tar or nicotine content of tobacco smoke, maintains anburning portion of tobacco in a stable state, and preservesnits powdery state. This tobacco flavoring agent may benused by being deposited on the tips of cigarettes or otherntobacco products, or by being mixed with shredded tobacconleaves. |
