abstract | The invention relates to a scattering device for scattering granular scattering material, especially fertilizers, with high regulating bandwidth and direct control. Said device has at least one dosing device with at least two rollers, a roller drive mechanism, a housing for locating the rollers, a drive shaft for the rollers pertaining to the dosing device, and a feeding device (40) mounted under the housing. The rollers are aligned one after the other on the drive shaft. The device also has a pneumatic coveyor with at least two pneumatic conveyor ducts (70, 72, 74, 76) to convey the scattering material dosed by the dosing device and at least two outlets for the scaterring material attached to the pneumatic conveyor lines (70, 72, 74, 76). The rollers pertaining to a dosing device and aligned on the drive shaft in the housing are axially separated by a first separating element. The feeding device (40) is subdivided by additional separation elements (62, 64, 66) into several funnels, the number of funnels being the same as the number of rollers. At least two ducts separated from each other are formed by the first and the additional (62, 64, 66) separation elements according to the number of rollers (20, 22, 24, 26). The device is suitable for precise distribution of scattering material due to the fact that the flow of material is segmented. |
