Optical information-recording medium, method for producing the same, and air-conditioning system for producing optical information recording medium |
abstract |
Disclosed is a method for producing an optical disk (D)nof the heat mode type comprising, on a substrate (202), andye recording layer (204) capable of recording informationnby being irradiated with a laser beam, and a light-reflectivenlayer (208) formed thereon. When a dye solutionnfor forming the dye recording layer (204) is applied ontonthe substrate (202) while rotating the substrate (202), thennumber of revolutions of the substrate (202) is increasednduring the process in which the dye solution is applied tonthe inner circumferential side of the substrate (202). Thendye recording layer (204) is formed on the substrate (202)nby humidifying the process atmosphere to form the dyenrecording layer (204) by using water having a specificnresistance of not less than 0.15 MΩ. Accordingly, it isnpossible to further efficiently achieve the uniform filmnthickness of the dye application surface and the formationnof the application surface (dye recording layer) on which nonerror occurs. Thus, it is possible to provide the opticalninformation-recording medium having good preservationnperformance as well. |
