Method for processing polluted fluid |
abstract |
A polluted fluid containing at least one pollutantnis processed by passing the polluted fluid through annadsorbing layer (12) containing a high-silica adsorbentncapable of adsorbing both ozone and at least onenpollutant to adsorb at least one pollutant on thenadsorbent. Then, ozone is brought into contact withnthe adsorbing layer (12) to oxidize and decompose thenpollutant adsorbed on the adsorbent, while stopping thenflow of the polluted fluid. |
