titleOfInvention Method for analyzing annexin v in urine and use thereof
abstract The present invention provides a process and regent fornanalyzing annexin-V, wherein the measurement of a concentrationnof annexin-V can be easily carried out without need for additionnof chemicals for inhibiting the bonding of various proteins withncalcium ion and for adjusting a specimen solution to the specimennat a measuring stage, and a process and medicine for diagnosingnan internal organ disorder based on the analyzing process andnregent. A urine is brought into contact with an anti-annexin-Vnmonoclonal antibody to perform an antigen-antibody reaction ofnannexin-V in the urine with the anti-annexin-V monoclonalnantibody, thereby forming an annexin-V antigen/anti-annexin-Vnmonoclonal antibody complex, and the amount of the formednannexin-V antigen/anti-annexin-V monoclonal antibody complexnis quantitatively measured. Thus, it is possible to carry outnthe measurement of the concentration of annexin-V in the urine, nand it is possible to carry out the diagnosis of an internalnorgan disorder such as a disseminated intravascular coagulationnsyndrome, the diagnose of acute nephritis and the like by ananalyzed value of concentration of annexin-V measured in thenurine.
